I think I'll comment about some of the anime I've been watching recently:

Love Hina Again: I saw episode two a few days ago. I went into it expecting something decent after the surprisingly decent first episode... unfortunately, I was let down. They ruined Kanako's character. She was never that blatantly forward in the manga (at least not to the point of uncuteness). Geez... they just have to ruin one of my favorites (right up there with Naru). Now I've have lost all faith in any possible future Love Hina anime.

Video Girl Ai: Really good! I love the manga and the anime is just like it. It covers the first tankouban and goes a little into the second before it goes into a completely different ending. Not bad. My favorite scenes were in there too. ^_^ It's such a touching series. Do you know how much I cried? I cry too easily.... (Ai ^_^)

Aa! Megami-sama: Last time I saw this was a good two, three years ago, so I decided to watch it again. Wow... this OVA is great. Doesn't beat out Taiho Shichau Zo! (You're Under Arrest!) as my favorite OVA, but it's pretty high up there. Isn't as good as the manga either, but it tells a touching story in itself. (Skuld ^_^)

Surprised myself this morning... I woke up at 12:30 or something. I never wake up at that time. Granted I've been staying up till the wee hours of the morning for the past month or so, but still... it's just pretty darn unusual.

It's Saturday and things don't look too bad this weekend. I have minimal homework and I have some anime to watch. Goodness. I'm actually in a rather good mood. I'll have time to work on something... possibly a new layout... although... it's still rather early for a layout change... I guess I'll spend my time on this one.

One thing i have to vent about is the people on RO. Last night--and early morning--I was on and Vincent, Jeff, and Sataya were helping me level by tanking (attacking an enemy, then letting me finish it off). What really pissed me off was that way too many people just came up and attacked the enemy, stealing my kill. What's up with that? It was obvious that we were taking care of the enemy and besides, we were saying "no help" and "tanking." Some people.

Oh yah! Just wanted to say thanks Hikari for linking me. I feel special yet again. ^_^

Today I had to turn in my english project on A Midsummer Night's Dream. I tell you, my project is really, really crappy. I also had to do a presentation about my book. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish my presentation because time was called. I got gypped.

I had to do some work for Insane Ink after school today. We did some screening for an order for Leland Key Club.

I heard of the rollback on RO already, but Vincent tells me that people are giving crap to Christy, the english game web master because of everything they lost. Well... you know... she can't really do anything. She doesn't controll anything. She shouldn't get hate mail. I'm going to carry out my mission as a member of pancakes. I'm going to e-mail her, as Vincent would say, "<3 mail."

I just want to say, thanks Zankuro for linking to me. I feel special now. ^_^ Hikari, thank you for adding me to Cursèd Numbers. That's such a great idea for a web clique. I wish you luck with it. Maybe, as you suggested, we can chat sometime. Nice layout Dandan. I haven't really listened to music by Boa, but she's cute and she's a good subject for a layout. Good luck with your art! Really impressive layouts Zeruel. I love the SephNET layout. I look forward to your panel at Fanime.

Argh... I'm really feeling like school sucks. I don't feel at all motivated. I know I gotta do the work to get good grades, but I don't know... I just want to spend more time playing around in Photoshop or something, since I'm seriously considering a career in graphic design. I also want to work on more layout work. Layouts are so fun to make. I just don't have the time. *sigh* Well... back to my homework....

Who'da thunk, eh? I finally got my comments to work. It still looks really bad because it's the default Greymatter comment template, but I'll get around to fixing that in a day or two. So feel free to post comments now.

What really perturbed me was that Greymatter was constantly looking for my archives in my cgi-bin. What's up with that? I just couldn't get it to work. In the course of getting the comments to work, I deleted and re-installed Greymatter something like three times. I was really annoyed. I don't know how, but I finally got it to work, so now the world is happy once again. ^_^

As a final comment, I would just like to say how cool Greymatter is. You get to customize everything. It's crazy. I'm still trying to figure somethings out. Expect spiffier things when I get the hang of it.

I don't feel like the info I put in the sidebar is sufficient to convey everything about this layout. One thing I have to say is that I think it turned out pretty well. It's my first time incorporating scanlines and grids into my work and I think it looks pretty nice. Let me just complain how annoying it is to chop up an image into little pieces. I know it's good practice, so that the image will not seem like it's loading forever, but it's really, really annoying. Oh well... I'll have to live with it.

This layout is more of a traditional weblog layout. After making Version 1, I realized that maybe I should stick with some traditional layouts in the future. This is the first one of those. Expect to see more layouts featuring tables instead of frames. Actually, expect next to none featuring frames if any at all.

The only major gripe I have about this layout is the transition between the background image and the main header image. It looks really rough. I guess I got a bit too overboard with the gridlines. But they're so cool...

So yah... give me feedback.

I get a new domain, so I make a new layout. Hey, I couldn't just reuse the same layout, could I? As you can see, version 2 of Just Wingin' It is now online. I've been working on this layout for two days now. The most interesting thing about this layout is that it is working entirely on Greymatter. In other words, it is running entirely off my server. Great, isn't it? Now I don't have to use Blogger for entries and I can add comments without using any outside service.

So... what has been going on...? Freedom to Surf has been refusing to display my old weblog for maybe a week or so now. In that time, I've been up to a bit. Things are really busy right now. Bleh. I have tons of stuff. First and foremost, I have a project for english. I haven't really done enough... and it's due tomorrow. *sweatdrop* I guess I'll be up late tonight *sigh* Other than that I have stuff I have to do for Insane Ink. I have to make a graphic for VSBA. I don't know what I'll do yet... I guess I'll just do something and toss around a lot of yellow and red. I have to do a flier for drama, as an assignment for ICA. I have to study for a test tomorrow in government. I have to do homework and study for a quiz tomorrow in stat. Yup... I have a lot to do. Bleh.

During the last week I haven't really been doing much. I did go to Dandan and LJ's birthday party thingy this last Saturday. That was pretty fun. I didn't know very many people, but I guess that left me with a good opportunity to meet new people. I met some people I wouldn't normally be able to meet. People who go to Homestead and peoples from MGL and SVGL. The sad thing was that there was drama and LJ was kinda out of it for a while. Well... as evening rolled around, things were a lot better. We played on swings and a turtle. That was great. We got a whole five, six people on a stone turtle thingy in the playground. Then we rolled down hills. ^_^ That was just great. Unfortunately, there were two things of mine that broke at that party. My Palm broke when I rolled down the hill. I remembered to take it out most of the time, but the first time I went downhill, I didn't, so I suppose that's why my Palm's screen is all cracked now. *sigh* I gotta send that thing in to get it fixed. It works fine, but the screen is all cracked and the touch response is completely shot. I hope it doesn't cost much to fix. Along with my Palm, my glasses also broke. My sunglasses. Don't worry, they aren't prescription or anything. But I love my green glasses. =( The glass didn't break, but the frame did. I gotta take them back to Silver Silver to see if I can get those fixed. Otherwise, I might just have to buy new ones. All in all, besides having things break, I think the party was good fun. Although I did have trouble talking with peoples. I am quite shy by nature. I don't meet new people easily.

How am I feeling? I'm feeling a bit stressed. Yep, lots o' work will do that to you. I also feel kinda... well... bleh. I get this feeling often. I want a girl. =( Now I'm hearing peoples talking about prom. Mary even asked me if I had a date. Yeah right I do. I'm really not sure who I would like to go with. Besides, I wouldn't be able to ask anyway. *sigh* I'm hoping things will look up.
